Ender is very intelligent. “He always knew the answer even when the teacher thought he wasn’t paying attention” (5). Also, his battle strategy is unique and proves to be unbeatable when Enders’ Dragon Army never loses. Ender is also an extremely good fighter. Evidence from the text says, “Just as the next blow was coming, Ender reached up grabbed up with both hands, and snatched the boy by the wrist, and then pulled down on the arm hard” (33). Ender uses his fighting skills to defend against bullies and people like Bonzo who hate him, and try to hurt or kill him.
Ender is an immensely adaptive,ambitious, and intelectual person. He is using those traits to turn the tables at battle school in his favor. He constantly observes the battles, and quickly develops strategies to counter them. Ender also creates a way to make it appear as though he had already been frozen. But he actually just forze his legs intentionally, to appear disabled to avoid fire. Then he would fire on the enemies at the last moment, and they would not know what hit them. Deception is an ally of Ender's, and he exploits it.
